There is a private gated pool just around the corner from the house.  The spa, lap pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court and children's play park, are only one short block away.  There is also a private gated heated pool, spa, and four tennis courts within one mile of the house. These are only accessible for the homes in Mountain Park Ranch community.
